50 Days, 50 Testimonies

On 12 September 2015, Report the Abuse embarked on its first campaign.

50 days, 50 testimonies.

For 50 days, through our website, Facebook and Twitter accounts highlighted 50 different testimonies, from extraordinary humanitarian and development workers who agreed to share parts of their experiences with us and the world.

Our appreciation for their willingness to speak out cannot be properly expressed with mere words. Nonetheless, it is with gratitude that we presented these testimonies, which we hope will help other survivors to find their voices. We hope that it will help those who are not ready to speak feel less alone.

If something in one of the testimonies touches you, if it strikes a cord, let us know. Reach out. Be heard. Start a discussion with your family, friends and colleagues on this topic.

Let’s keep the conversation going.

These 50 Testimonies can now be found under our Testimonies page, along with many others in a growing database of testimonies expressed by survivors.
